厨房で心を込めて作った料理。サービスマンがお客様のテーブルに運び「わぁ、おいしそう」という1つ目のお客様の声。食べて「美味しい！旨い！」という2つ目の声。食事が終わり外に出た時に「美味しかったね。また、来ようね。」という3つ目の声。単純ですが、お越しい頂いた全てのお客様に満足して頂く。そ のための料理を目指しております。
Our chefs cook soulful dishes, our waiters bring the warm hearted service to your tables. Your joy starts from visuality of our meal. Then, the meal goes into your mouth and brings another joy of taste so that why everyone say "Delicious, we will come back again". It's very simple, but at the sametime, the most difficult standard for us to give every guests the fully satisfied time.

そのために、素材の味が直接伝わる、イタリア料理らしい出来る限りシンプルな料理法で提供させて頂いております。化学調味料などで味がどんどん複雑化する昨今、「今、何を食べているのか？」が皆さんに実感してもらえる。そういう料理を目指して日々精進してまいります。
What is good about the Italian food is that simply cooked but bring out the food it's own taste directly. We want every guest to taste what you are having at the moment. We are thinking about what we can do best for every guests, and challenging to give you more satisfaction. We won't stop forward day by day.
